The detailed enquiry form acts like a Decision in Principle (DIP) or Agreement in Principle document (AIP) document for your client. It is a comprehensive form which will allow you to decide on the suitability of a selected product or for an ad hoc enquiry.
The detailed enquiry form is for use by mortgage businesses where the IDD specifies that advice will be provided to a client. The form can take up to fifteen minutes to complete and can be selected when a visitor chooses a potential product.
