How will the system help my business?

With your website marketed correctly, your investment in mortgageLinked online sourcing can result in significant increases in your volume of business. A study from January to September 2007 of all brokers in our network demonstrated that our system is associated with 52% greater mortgage-based incomes and 51% more cases for those with websites using the system.

This clearly demonstrates that our most successful brokers choose to use our website mortgage system and that once websites are established the system will generate more business as a response to visitors finding suitable products for them.

To give a couple of examples of what is achievable; one of our brokers received six mortgage applications within two weeks of their website going live with our system. Another company, who market their site nationally, receives over a hundred applications a month via their site.

How difficult is the mortgage system to set up?

The mortgage sourcing pages are hosted and maintained by eLink Technologies - part of the Network Data Group. We take care of the set up of the system, adapting the settings and functionality in our Control Panel to suit your needs. We also style the pages to match and fit seamlessly into your site. You can see examples of this on our featured sites page. The entire process is simple and straightforward for our customers and is usually completed within 48 hours of placing an order.
